Refund Policy

At Idaho Coffee Roasting Club, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right. Please review the details of our refund policy below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your coffee arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Freshness Guarantee
Because coffee is a perishable product roasted to order, we do not accept returns for reasons of taste preference or ordering errors. However, if you believe there is a problem with the freshness or quality of your coffee, please reach out so we can assist you.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If your next shipment has already been processed, that shipment cannot be refunded, but future charges will be stopped immediately.

Processing Refunds
